The Pas Normal Studios Development Team is a new initiative aimed at nurturing and supporting North American talent in gravel racing. To help young riders (aged 18-21) develop their racing skills and gain valuable experience in a supportive, team-oriented gravel racing environment.

Focusing on personal growth and team performance, the Pas Normal Studios Development Team equips emerging gravel riders with the tools and resources needed to excel.
We’re seeking riders who aren’t only fast but also creative, dedicated and ready to thrive in a dynamic team setting at races like Unbound, Steamboat Gravel and Sea Otter.
Successful applicants will receive full support, including race expenses, training camps, technical apparel and equipment.
