Pas Normal Studios is seeking an experienced product leader with a proven track record of delivering world-class sports apparel. As Head of Product Creation, you will lead our Product Design & Development team and further develop our portfolio across collections, shaping products that inspire and motivate dedicated cyclists worldwide.
As our new Head of Product Creation, you will have an important role in ensuringeffective leadership of our skilled Product team consisting of seven people across Design and Product Development. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure that we always deliver the best product to our consumers.
Besides this, your key responsibilities will be to:
An important part of your responsibilities will be the relationship with our manufacturers. Therefore, you should expect around 4-5 weeks of travel per year.
In this role, you will refer to our COO who owns Product Strategy, and work closely with our Co-Founder and Creative Director, who owns design vision.
This job provides a unique opportunity to manage the product creation of one of the strongest brands in the cycling industry, where top-quality product is key for success.
For this role, you must be based within daily commute distance to our HQ in Copenhagen.
You thrive navigating the challenges of product creation. You are an inclusive leader who masters working collaboratively with suppliers, manufacturers, and colleagues, and you possess a strong understanding of sports apparel.
In addition, you should be a skilled communicator and change agent with an open mind as you will be working with multiple stakeholders across the organization. You should thrive in a flexible environment. An excellent command of English is a must.
Finally, you are a team player who enjoys supporting the Pas Normal Studios organization to learn and develop.
