Check technical documents, check samples, study sewing specifications, check the quality of product codes, plan the use of machinery and equipment for each stage, stitch density, thread colour, etc. Technical document. Sew a sample for a test product according to your own calculations (new model), self-assess the finished product, identify difficult steps, errors that need attention when deploying goods on the line, find the cause of the error and fix it dress. Detailed and specific instructions for each sewing stage for each worker in charge of them, from ironing, taking marks, sewing, ... until the final assembly stage. Regularly supervise and inspect the sewing line and workers in charge, daily check the thread tension, stitch density ... check the quality of finished products, sewing of each worker. Meeting with sewing leader to find solutions to arise problems, ensure the finished product is in accordance with the model and specifications.
