Return Policy on Index Products

Products purchased on Index may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund, provided they are unworn, clean, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. If you need further assistance, please contact Customer Care via this form.

How to issue a return
If you wish to return items from your purchase please click here for our return portal. Use your order number and email to login (e.g. "W31000" for order numbers). You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return any products. Items must be unworn, clean, have tags, and be in original packaging.
