Pas Development Team | Pas Normal Studios

The Pas Development Team is a new initiative aimed at nurturing and supporting North American talent in gravel racing. The team consists of Samantha Campbell (Grand Junction, CO), Oliver Ruthberg (Colorado Springs, CO) and Scarlett Hardie (Grand Junction, CO).

Focusing on personal growth and team performance, the Pas Development Team equips emerging gravel riders with the tools and resources needed to excel.

The riders on the team aren’t only fast but also creative, dedicated and ready to thrive in a dynamic team setting at races like Unbound, Steamboat Gravel and Sea Otter.

Riders all receive full support, including race expenses, training camps, technical apparel and equipment.

The Pas Development Team is more than a racing team - it is a platform for young cyclists to unlock their potential, foster connections, and contribute to the next generation of gravel racing athletes.

Tucson Training Days

The first glimpses of their season as Pas Development - a grassroots initiative for emerging gravel talent - played out in Tucson, Arizona earlier this year. Along the contours of new friendships, dreams of one day performing on the biggest stage of gravel racing emerged as the three riders set out on a 4-day adventure, doubling as a training camp.
