Purpose
As Merchandising Coordinator, your purpose is to help shape our collection strategy by turning data, insights, and curiosity into clear commercial direction. You play a key role in building balanced, brand-relevant assortments while ensuring inventory is planned, allocated, and managed with precision across channels. By connecting product vision with performance, availability, and demand, you support both day-to-day commercial execution and the brand’s long-term global ambitions.
What you’ll do
You’ll support and help shape our merchandising function across the full product lifecycle, playing a key role in driving commercial performance while safeguarding brand relevance.
- Support the full merchandising process from early range planning to post-season analysis, ensuring product decisions are guided by commercial insights and aligned with key business priorities.
- Help building and maintaining seasonal assortments by combining product performance data, market analysis, and consumer feedback to deliver balanced, profitable, and brand-relevant ranges.
- Track products from launch to discontinuation, ensuring a fresh, coherent, and strategically aligned assortment.
- Analyse weekly and monthly performance across channels, maintaining dashboards that will help highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks to support agile decision-making.
- Contribute to post-season evaluations and translate insights into actionable recommendations for future range and product strategy.
- Execute on the seasonal buying strategy, monitoring inventory levels to secure optimal availability and responsive stock positioning across channels.
- Collaborate closely with the Ecom and Retail teams to support allocation and channel-specific needs.
- Work cross-functionally with Design & Production, Sales, E-commerce, and Marketing to coordinate go-to-market materials and tactical assortments for launches, promotions, VM, and communication.
- Act as a central link between teams, supporting from product creation through its commercialisation, by owning the data management into our PLM systems and ensuring clear information flow throughout the process.
What you bring
You bring a strong analytical foundation combined with a genuine passion for product, brand, and performance.
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, sales, product management, business analytics or a similar analytical role.
- Confidence working with numbers and data, paired with a strong interest in product and consumer insights.
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with Power BI is a plus.
- A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working across digital, marketing, and product teams.
- Natural curiosity for sportswear, culture, and how data can influence decision-making.
