Marketing Manager North America

As Marketing Manager North America, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our brand presence in one of our most important growth markets.

You will build and execute regional marketing plans that elevate awareness, fuel community, and drive sell-through across retail and digital channels.

With a deep understanding of the North American consumer, media landscape, and retail environment, you will help us translate our global brand vision into impactful local action.

The role will report to our global CMO. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Strategy & Planning:
    Develop and own the annual North America marketing strategy and calendar, aligned with global brand guidelines and commercial priorities.
  • Campaign Execution:
    Localize and implement global campaigns and launches across all touchpoints – from digital to in-person events – ensuring brand consistency and regional relevance.
  • Retail & Dealer Marketing:
    Support Sales and key wholesale partners in sell-in/sell-out through tailored marketing toolkits, campaigns, and activations.
  • Community & Brand Engagement:
    Drive authentic connection through strategic partnerships, local event programming, and ambassador/influencer collaborations that reflect our brand values.
  • Media & PR Oversight:
    Work closely with global PR team to secure consistent coverage in cycling, fashion, and lifestyle media. Cultivate relationships with relevant editors, journalists, and creators.
  • Market Insights & Reporting:
    Track performance across channels, gather regional insights, and translate them into strategic recommendations and post-campaign reports.
  • Budget Management:
    Own and manage the North American marketing budget to maximize return on investment while ensuring quality and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand or marketing roles within performance/luxury apparel, outdoor, or lifestyle industries.
  • A strong strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, comfortable moving between big-picture planning and detailed execution.
  • Strong understanding of North American cycling, outdoor, or premium fashion market.
  • Proven track record in campaign planning, retail marketing, PR, and event execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internal & external.
  • Fluent in English

The role is remote but based in the United States (with valid working permit), and you must expect up to 50 days of annual travel activity – including to our HQ in Copenhagen, Denmark.
