Retail Supervisor (Part-time)

The Role: Retail Supervisor (Part-time)

As Retail Supervisor (Part-time), you will help set the tone in our Copenhagen Flagship.

Your role is to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, ensuring every customer feels connected to Pas Normal Studios. You will support daily operations across all areas of the store, from sales and service to visual merchandising and community activations.

The role calls for someone who is passionate about cycling and fashion, thinks creatively, and leads by example on the shop floor. Knowledge of premium cycling apparel and coffee culture is a plus and ideally, you are a cyclist yourself. With a strong customer focus, you will make sure the Pas Normal Studios experience is lived and felt in the store and in the community around it

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and KPIs through great service and product knowledge
• Ensure the store look and feel is always on brand
• Lead by example on the floor; guide and coordinate team tasks
• Deliver a consistent, premium customer experience
• Support visual merchandising and stock routines
• Help maintain and grow our local community through events and touchpoints
• Prioritize tasks effectively and demonstrate initiative.

We are looking for a motivated and capable candidate with relevant experience from retail and/or the café industry.

You have a strong sales mindset, excel in customer service, and enjoy being a visible presence on the shop floor.

Most importantly, you are passionate about cycling and eager to represent one of the fastest-growing brands in the cycling world.
