Graphic Designer

We are seeking a hands-on Graphic Designer with strong digital expertise and solid print experience to join our creative team.

Your main objectives

Reporting to the Creative Lead, you will join the wider Global Marketing Team. This is a production-focused role where you will play a key part in creating, adapting, and delivering assets across all channels from digital campaigns and social media to retail and print.

You will work closely with our Senior Creative and Creative Producer to ensure a high-quality output.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, display ads, paid social, newsletters, and e-commerce.
  • Create and adapt layouts for print, including retail materials, OOH, lookbooks, and press assets.
  • Translate brand guidelines into engaging and effective design across touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to deliver assets on time and in line with campaign plans.
  • Prepare final artwork for both digital publishing and print production.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in all visual communication.

About you

  • 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within sport, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design skills (ads, social, motion a plus) as well as print.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • A production-driven mindset — comfortable with both creating new concepts and executing/adapting existing ones.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent typographic and layout skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
