Trade Marketing Manager
To strengthen our Brand Marketing team, we are looking for a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence across wholesale, retail, and partner channels. This role bridges brand and sales, ensuring our identity comes through consistently and powerfully in every consumer touchpoint from B2B sell-in to in-store execution.
Your main objectives
Reporting to the Creative Lead you will join the Global Brand Marketing Team, where your focus will be on translating the global marketing strategy into retail and wholesale environments. You will work closely with Creative, Marketing and Sales to ensure commercial and brand alignment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Retail teams to create impactful seasonal sell-in tools and activations.
- Lead the development of trade marketing toolkits for retail, key accounts and distributors.
- Plan and manage in-store visibility, POS materials, and digital trade activations.
- Drive sell-through initiatives that connect brand storytelling with commercial results.
- Ensure consistent premium brand presentation across all retail environments.
- Track and report on trade marketing effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations.
- Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI on activations.
About you
- A passion for cycling and a genuine interest in our brand.
- 4–6 years’ experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or channel marketing, ideally within fashion, outdoor, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Solid understanding of retail, wholesale, and distributor landscapes.
- Experience in creating and executing both digital and physical trade marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple markets and stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with an eye for design and brand alignment. - Highly organized with attention to detail.’
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
