The Sales & Activation Manager - Americas plays a key role in driving the performance of Pas Normal Studios across our wholesale network in NA, Latam and South America.
Reporting to the Head of Wholesale – APAC & Americas, you will operate as a close extension of the role, supporting strategic priorities through strong on-the-ground execution and continuous market feedback. You will work closely with the global Sales team and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align commercial objectives, brand storytelling, and retail execution.
Positioned at the intersection of sales, retail experience, and brand activation, this role is responsible for driving sell-through, elevating in-store execution, and supporting wholesale partners through training, storytelling, and community-driven activations. While the role does not carry full P&L ownership, it plays a meaningful role in influencing wholesale performance and commercial results in-market.
You will prioritize key doors and strategic partners, ensuring focus where impact is highest, and ensure activations are aligned with commercial moments, product launches, and partner objectives. Providing regular performance insights, partner updates, and market feedback to the Head of Wholesale and global Sales team is a core part of the role.
This role requires a strong on-the-ground presence across the Americas and involves extensive travel (approximately 50+ days per year) to work closely with partners, retail teams, and local communities. The primary focus is the US market, with broader Americas exposure expected to evolve over time.
The core purpose of the role is to strengthen wholesale performance in the Americas by translating Pas Normal Studios’ brand, collections, and community into strong retail execution, meaningful partner relationships, and sustainable commercial results.
