Community & Sales Manager – San Francisco Flagship Store
Are you a skilled Social Media professional with a proven track of driving growth and creating a digital community around a retail environment? At Pas Normal Studios San Francisco, we are looking for a Community & Sales Manager to join our team.
Your main objectives
As a Community & Sales Manager, you will have an important role in managing all digital communications coming from our San Francisco Flagship store. You will also share responsibilities with other members around the daily retail-related tasks. Your job will be to create a communal vibe around the store for both customers visiting us to shop and attending our rides and events. All your hours will be in-store.
As a Community & Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Implement and create social media and communication campaigns that align with the global marketing calendar.
- Be responsible for reflecting the day-to-day operations of the San Francisco Flagship store in our digital communication channels.
- Assist in creating a best-in-class retail experience around our store.
- Providing engaging and on-brand copywriting for all local digital channels
- Selecting and creating image and video content for social media accounts and newsletters in line with the overall brand visual identity
- Engaging with the local community, answering comments and questions in a timely manner.
This role will be reporting to the Store Manager at Pas Normal Studios San Francisco as you will join a truly international team representing Pas Normal Studios in one of the most attractive cycling destinations in the world. For this role, you must be based in San Francisco.
You: A sales-oriented individual with a drive for Social Media and retail experience.
The ideal candidate is a passionate individual with an enthusiasm for Social Media and Marketing Communications along with previous experience in retail roles and a proven track of successful digital business growth.
Also, the ideal candidate has excellent organisational skills and a team player attitude.
