Things change. The same can be said about the wind in Denmark. Somehow, riding in what draws almost like a circle does not mean you will be allocated an equal amount of head-, cross and tailwind. There's not much you can do about it.
Our two protagonists embark on yet another spontaneous adventure. This time, the backdrop is the outer edges of Zealand. Since the first time we met the randonneurs, one of them has pulled the trigger and registered in a club that awards these kinds of adventures with an honorary badge.

Knowing our protagonists' knack for optimistic route planning, the goal of catching a ferry just shy of 400 km into the ride adds an extra layer of urgency.
