We decided to built the route out and back from the Pas Normal Studios Flagship Store and headquarter to include as much time in the woods as possible. Taking us through Hareskoven, Store Dyrehave and Gribskov ending at a shelter on the north shore of Lake Esrum.
On the way to Lake Esrum, we stocked up on essentials for a night in the woods. The menu was ambitious: chilli sin carne and grilled sourdough bread with kale and smoked fresh cheese. Picking a shelter with a good fireplace is especially important.
