Head of E-Commerce Growth – Copenhagen
The Head of E-Commerce Growth leads and scales our global digital sales engine. You own commercial performance across revenue, margin, and conversion, and continuously optimise the digital consumer journey through a hypothesis-driven approach. Working closely with CRM, Marketing, and Tech, you turn consumer insight and data into clear commercial priorities and premium, high-performing digital experiences.
CRM Manager – Copenhagen
The CRM Manager builds and executes our CRM and e-mail marketing ecosystem, turning consumer insight into relevant, hands-on activation. You investigate behaviour and preferences across the customer lifecycle and translate these learnings into campaigns, journeys, and automations that drive loyalty, conversion, and retention. This is a highly hands-on role, working directly in CRM systems and in close collaboration with E-Commerce, Tech and Marketing.
