The Role: Sales Advisor – Full-Time (Paternity Cover)
This is a full time position covering a paternity leave.
Through your passion for cycling, you will contribute to a vibrant atmosphere in the shop, engaging both colleagues and customers.
The ideal candidate is passionate about cycling and fashion, thinks outside the box, and is willing to contribute in all areas to support the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our Mallorca store.
Additionally, the perfect candidate will have extensive knowledge of premium cycling clothing and coffee and, ideally, be a cyclist.
You will have a strong customer focus and play a key role in ensuring that the Pas Normal Studios vibe is reflected in the community around the Flagship Store through daily operations and local activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and maximize revenue
- Ensure the store’s overall look and feel align with the brand.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Oversee responsibilities within the team.
- Assist with visual merchandising.
- Help maintain and grow a strong local community.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and demonstrate initiative.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has experience in retail and/or the café industry, is passionate about driving sales, and excels in customer service. You thrive in being a visible presence for one of the strongest and fastest-growing brands in the cycling world.
We are looking for a highly capable and motivated candidate with relevant experience in retail or the café business.
Additionally, you:
- Are specific, personal, and authentic, leading by example.
- Are fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Have a strong and genuine passion for cycling.
- Possess excellent social skills—friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging.
- Are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experience.
- Are highly organized, ensuring smooth daily operations in the store.
- Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Are a motivated self-starter who can drive projects forward in an engaging and collaborative manner.
- Are highly self-motivated, energetic, and have a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Are flexible and available to work weekends.
