As Marketing Manager Asia/Pacific your overall responsibility and key tasks will be to lead marketing activation and execution in key markets in Asia in collaboration with the global marketing team. As a person, you are a results-driven community builder with exceptional stakeholder management and community skills.

Key Responsibilities

In this role your responsibilities will cover, but not be limited to:

  • Responsible for the execution of the region’s marketing plan based on the global marketing strategy

  • Manage all marketing communication from/to global team and from/to Asia/Pacific markets

  • Identify ambassadors, riders, and sponsorships in key markets in collaboration with local market leads

  • Ensure regional content to support global goals

  • Support and execution of campaigns and photoshoot in collaboration with HQ

  • Support building ICC community in key markets along with events at flagship stores

  • Support events and wholesale activation in key markets
  • Responsible for regional budget

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

To be successful in the role and to contribute to the future success of Pas Normal Studios we believe you need the following experience, skills & abilities:

  • You hold a degree in Marketing on minimum Bachelor-level (but Master is preferred)

  • You have 5-10 years’ experience form marketing with international sporting goods

  • You have multi-market experience in Asia

  • Solid experience with project management, budget management, building and executing of Marketing strategy and event management/execution and finally Community management

And then you have a passion for cycling


The position is based in Tokyo, Japan, Hong Kong or possible other key city in Asia upon agreement and expect to be travelling 30-35% of the time.
