Product Graphic Designer

We are seeking a hands-on Product Graphic Designer to join our Product Team. In this role you will report to Head of Product Creation and work directly with our Creative Director to own the development of all graphical elements across mainline collections, collaborations, and special product projects.

This is a design-driven, execution-focused role combining creative exploration with strong production understanding, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end ownership from concept through final, production-ready artwork.

As a Product Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our products, delivering innovative, relevant, and brand-defining graphics that support storytelling at sell-in and sell-through.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver graphic design for seasonal mainline collections, special projects, and collaborations, including prints and placement graphics.
• Research and interpret seasonal trends across cycling, sportswear, and broader design culture, translating insights into compelling graphic explorations.
• Partner with the Creative Director to create multiple graphic options during the design process and drive alignment through reviews with Creative, Product, and Leadership teams.
• Build and maintain accurate, production-ready tech packs including artwork files, specifications, and factory-ready communication.
• Partner closely with Creative Director, Product Development, Production, and Quality teams on strike-offs, sampling, and troubleshooting execution challenges.
• Review and approve samples to ensure design intent, quality, and brand standards are met.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring work is delivered on time and in full.
• Support Marketing and Digital teams with product storytelling and graphic assets for sell-through when needed.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within product-focused roles in sport, performance, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic and print design for physical products, including production-ready artwork.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); strong file discipline and production knowledge required.
• Experience working with Product Development and factories, including an understanding of print methods, materials, and execution constraints.
• A design-driven mindset with the ability to balance creative exploration and precise execution.
• Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, accountable working style.
