Our legal basis for processing ordinary Personal Data in the purchase agreement follows from Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR on processing which is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are part or for the implementation of measures taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

Our legal basis for processing your general personal data with regard to the creation and administration of your profile follows from Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR on processing that is necessary for the performance of a contract, as it is considered a contractual relationship that we provide the customer platform and its functions to you.
We will retain all the above information for as long as your profile is active. Upon deletion of your profile, the information will be stored for 6 months after the date of deletion. However, information collected in connection with a purchase made via the customer platform will be stored for 2 years from the date of purchase as a result of the right of complaint in the Danish Sale of Goods Act, cf. sections 72-87 of the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Newsletter Sign Up
When you sign up for an account, you’ll automatically be added to our newsletter to receive the latest updates and exclusive offers. If you prefer not to receive these, you can unsubscribe anytime via the link in our emails or adjust your preferences in your account settings.
Opt-in connection to Strava
Strava can be integrated with our software via an Application Programming Interface (API), which allows us to access and use data from your Strava profile in a way that enhances your experience with our services. When you give us permission (Opt-in), we may retrieve a variety of data such as training routes, distance, time, speed and other metrics that you share in your Strava account.

Our legal basis for using your data to target our events to you follows from GDPR Article 6(1)(a) on consent. You always have the right to withdraw your consent by contacting us or using the function in your profile settings. Withdrawal of consent applies to future processing.

We will retainall of the above information for as long as your profile is active, with the exception of training data, which is retained for 30 days.

We process purchase patterns, returns and other generic data related to the sale and marketing of our products. Thepersonal data is part of usual data analysis, audits, development of new products, identification of popular products, the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, and our planning of operation activities.
The Personal Data we might include in these statistics and analysis would to the extent necessary be your purchase history, areas of interest and activities on our Digital Services.

The correspondence is deleted when it is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose (answering the inquiry) or 24 months after the latest correspondence. The legal basis for the processing your Personal Data follows from Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR on processing necessary for Pas Normal Studios to pursue a legitimate interest where your interests are not overridden because your participation on social media is voluntary for you on the terms applicable on social media.
Information shared on social media will not be automatically deleted by us. You may use the functions available at the social media or contact the specific social media for any particular deletion request(s).
We are committed to ensuring that your Personal Data is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place technical and organizational procedures to safeguard the information we collect.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not 100% secure. We will do our best to protect your Personal Data, however we cannot guarantee the security of your data to our site; any transaction is at your own risk. To run our services and infrastructure we are depending on multiple security-approved data processors for storing and processing your Personal Data. Dog vil oplysninger, der er indsamlet i forbindelse med et køb, der er foretaget via kundeplatformen blive opbevaret i 2 år fra købsdatoen som følge af reklamationsretten i købeloven, jf. købelovens §§ 72-87. Opt-in forbindelsen til Strava
Stravakan integreres med vores software via en Application Programming Interface (API), hvilket giver os mulighed for at tilgå og anvende data fra din Strava-profil på en måde, der forbedrer din oplevelse med vores tjenester. Når du giver os tilladelse (Opt-in), kan vi hente en række data som træningsruter, distance, tid, hastighed og andre metrics, som du deler på din Strava-konto.
