Customer Service Coordinator

Your main objectives

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will join our Customer Care team, focusing on delivering top-tier service. The department handles customer inquiries, manages orders, and ensures smooth post-sales experience. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues efficiently, strengthening relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.


Key responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding support via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries with clear, effective communication.
  • Resolve complaints professionally, maintaining a high service standard.
  • Coordinate with logistics to track orders, manage deliveries, and handle returns/exchanges.
  • Assist customers with product information, sizing, and availability.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Pas Normal Studios’ products and collections.
  • Document and manage customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the product team to share insights and improve products based on customer feedback.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve service processes and the overall customer experience.
  • Represent Pas Normal Studios professionally and positively in all interactions.
  • Support retail and digital teams with online order inquiries, product availability, and after-sales service.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior customer service team members to ensure consistent service quality.

About you

  • Passionate about cycling and genuinely interested in the Pas Normal Studios brand.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Able to multitask and manage various customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within retail or e-commerce.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
