In light of this, we are seeking a Café and Retail Manager for our Munich Flagship store to help us provide an exceptional customer experience, both in our café and retail areas.

The Role: Café Manager and Sales Advisor - Munich

As the Café Manager and Sales Advisor, you'll infuse our store with a vibrant atmosphere, driven by your passion for cycling and expertise as a barista. Collaborating with the General Store Manager, you'll curate a food and beverage menu and establish seamless processes for our café. Training our staff on menu presentation and customer service excellence will be a key responsibility, ensuring consistent quality standards regardless of who serves our customers.

The ideal candidate should be an individual who loves coffee, cycling, and possesses creative thinking, and can craft a menu that contributes to the overall store experience we aim to offer in Munich. Moreover, having extensive knowledge of specialty coffee, food handling, and barista skills, along with an interest in premium cycling clothing, is essential to support the team in daily tasks.

In addition to your expertise, you should exhibit a strong customer focus, ensuring that the unique Pas Normal Studios ambiance is consistently delivered in our local community through daily operations and local activations.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage the café's overall setup.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and experiences, both in the café and retail areas.
• Train staff on procedures and standards for the café and retail operations.
• Hands on Mentality, gastronomy experience is a plus
• Independent organization and implementation of all coffee-related tasks
• Foster a strong local community presence.
• Maintain a fully stocked store and café.
• Prioritize tasks and demonstrate initiative.
